Puppy news! at just 4 months Emme passes her Kennel Club Good Citizen Puppy Foundation Assessment

Huge Working news.. Maddy completes her WPDA!! ‘Working Pack Dog Advanced‘ Total distance of 80miles with overnight campouts, she achieved this in 3 trips, the other two trips were completed in 2009.
So Subject to AMCA Approval she will be known as
‘Chayo Northern Lights within Arctictribe ‘WTD’ WPD’ WPDA‘
Also in the same week Maddy gets placed Best Opposite Sex in Breed!!

Emme starts ‘Puppy School’ & the KC Puppy Foundation Good Citizen Dog Scheme.
September
Maddy is placed VHC out of double figure entries at the AMCUK Club show.
August
Maddy boasts a 1st, 2 x 2nd’s, Reserve & VHC at 3 shows.. 2 of which are Championship
shows with very strong big classes!!

July
A very good month for Maddy who gains 2 x 1st, 2 x 3rd at 3 shows, 2 of which are Championship
shows. In the middle of all this she gains her Crufts 2011 Qualification!
Also this month she gains Ayla a VHC in Junior Handling at Windsor Championship Show!
June
Elmo is awarded his ‘WPD’ Working Pack Dog title from AMCA.. a great working acheivement!,
Elmo also gets placed 2nd out of double figure entries at Devizes Companion Show.
Ayla handles Maddy and gains a 1st, 2nd & 2 x 3rd’s at shows this month!!
May
Maddy has an outstanding month leaving us in a state of utter amazement, by being placed as
Best Bitch/Reserve Best of Breed at Bath Championship show!! She also gains 2 x 1st’s.
Ayla and Maddy are placed Reserve in Junior Handling at our Club Show.
April
Maddy is awarded her ‘WPD’ Working Pack Dog title from AMCA.. a brilliant working acheivement!.
Both dogs are awarded their WMOYA certificates for the 2009/10 working season.
Elmo is placed 8th Top Malamute Working dog in the UK,
Maddy is placed 5th Top Malamute Working bitch in the UK
March
Elmo and Maddy are awarded their ‘WTD’ Working Team Dog titles from AMCA..both dogs got a special tea that night!
Maddy starts her Show career and gains a 2nd at her first show!!
Mark, Elmo & Maddy took part in the AMWA Bewl water Trek approx 12 miles. Still raring to go the next day both dogs packed for approx 14 miles, seeing Elmo complete the last leg for his ‘WPD’ Working pack dog title!
Also at the Bewl Water weekend Maddy came a very respectable 3rd in her weight pull class.
Febuary
Ayla and Maddy receive the perpetual trophy for highest placed junior running a Malamute,
presented by the Martyn family, with her 5th place in J1 Class.
Natalie, Elmo & Maddy finish 7th out of 43 teams at the end of the ABSA Championship 2009/10 season.
January
Mark, Elmo & Maddy compete in the 2 day Arden Grange & Siberian Husky Club of GB Aviemore Sled Dog Rally.
The teams first rally on snow and Marks first time on a sled.. what a place to have this first!! They are placed overall
15th out of 38 entries. The next day Natalie, Elmo & Maddy Complete the Aviemore Trek,
Feshiebridge – Glenmore, approx 12 miles in very hard conditions with a massive 1000ft+ climb included.
A brilliant week was had by all!
Also this month both dogs were eye tested clear for HC
